The European family of obstetricians and gynaecologists (EBCOG) together with the Polish Society of Gynecologists and Obstetricians will join for an unforgettable meeting in Krakow, Poland.
EBCOG together with the special interest societies like, ESGE and the subspeciality societies like ESHRE have joined the Polish Society who has an enormous and well-respected tradition in our field. The ideal moment and place to come together and exchange our experience, to present our novel scientific findings and enjoy the famous hands-on sessions of the EBCOG congresses.
We will not only celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Polish Society but moreover offer a unique gathering in the field of our profession with carefully selected scientists from all over the world. Science and education can not be stopped by pandemics, politics or international conflicts and it is time to meet each other and exchange, discuss, learn and enjoy.
The most respected European scientists have agreed without hesitation to come to Krakow for their keynote lecture. This congress will offer you insight in novel techniques, debates on equal opportunities, accreditation of centers, staff training, Women’s Rights and influence of Climate changes on our well being, prenatal diagnostics, gynecological oncology, obstetrics and much more.
Together with the European Network for trainees (ENTOG) we reach out a special hand to all residents and young professionals, as this congress will really provide you information and training at affordable conditions. We also will offer the possibility to perform the level 1 and 2 certification of the GESEA programme, the universal entry gate to becoming a gynaecological surgeon.

VENUE
The ICE Krakow Congress Centre is a modern world-class facility and a business and cultural showpiece of the city. It is located in the very heart of Krakow, which makes it possible to organise an event opposite the Wawel Royal Castle, right next to one of the main communication hubs. The venue can be conveniently reached by car or public transport both from Krakow Airport, the main train station and also from any part of Krakow. Around the ICE Congress Centre there are a special traffic system with ground-level car parks, a bus bay, bicycle car parks and a two-level underground car park.

ICE Krakow can be reached by public transport, taxi and your own car.
There are public transport stops in the immediate vicinity of ICE Krakow, and next to the ICE itself, there is a large underground car park for passenger cars.

Kraków Airport – Kraków Airport offers many convenient, direct airline connections with major destinations. It’s in total over 110 flights to 28 countries. What’s more, the airport is well connected to the city centre, which is only12 km (20 min.) away. There is a fast train service from the airport to the city centre. A direct bus line between Kraków Airport and ICE Kraków allows for a comfortable journey without changing trains.
Katowice Airport – The network of regular, charter and cargo connections Katowice Airport will cover over 130 routes to 39 countries. The airport is located approx. 110 km west of Krakow.

Poland’s monetary unit is the POLISH ZLOTY (PLN). No other currency is accepted. You may exchange currency at a bank or currency exchange. In Poland, exchange offices do not have a uniform currency exchange rate. We recommend that you look for the best exchange rate.

Poland is a full European Union member and follows the Schengen Agreement provision and the subsequent EU legislation concerning short-term visas.
